CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently partnering with a respected civil contractor to source a full-time Civil Estimator to join their team based in Darwin, NT . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to contribute to a range of projects spanning civil infrastructure, quarry, concrete, and transport sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, our client is seeking a skilled and committed professional to support end-to-end estimating, including tender preparation, cost analysis, and pricing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate estimates across civil, quarry, concrete, and transport-related projects. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing. Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership throughout the tendering process. Maintain and improve estimating systems and contribute to process enhancements. Our Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in civil construction or related industries (e.g. transport, quarry, concrete). Strong analytical and numerical ability, with sound knowledge of BOQs and cost breakdowns. Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative team player with high attention to detail. Australian-based estimating experience is essential.
